The Hotel Riu Republica, Punta Cana offers over 1,300 rooms across three buildings, each equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, a safe, a minibar, and beverage dispensers. This adults-only hotel on Arena Gorda Beach features eight swimming pools, including swim-up bars and water slides. Dining includes nine restaurants serving Italian, Asian, Spanish, Indian, and gourmet cuisine, plus continental buffet breakfasts, a beachside barbecue, and romantic dinner options. The ten bars provide snacks and drinks. Entertainment is plentiful with live shows, a discotheque, and sports like volleyball, windsurfing, and snorkeling. Guests can unwind at Renova Spa with a sauna, jacuzzi, and beauty treatments.

TERMS AND POLICIES

Please read your package details carefully

1. Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Policies. 

2. All payments to Group Escapes 4 Less, Inc. d/b/a Your Group Escapes and the applicable supplier are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our packages include multiple vendors with various cancellation policies. PURCHASE CANCEL FOR ANY REASON INSURANCE within 21 days of making your deposit to protect your money in case you need a refund. 

3. Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport.

4. The payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current (Automatic payments). 

5. Choose your roommate wisely.  You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.  

6. You can log into Wetravel 24 hours to review your account. Name corrections after final payment will incur a $50 change fee.  

7. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account and a $100 fee will apply.

8. If flight information is not received 45 days before departure, you will need to secure other transportation at your own expense.

9. You are responsible for keeping Your Group Escapes informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

Make your reservation early to keep monthly payments low.

Final Payment is October 3, 2025.

1.  Any reservations made after the deposit deadline are subject to room availability. 

2. All roommates must pay the deposit for reserving the room. 

3. Payments are invoiced through Wetravel.  You will receive payment email reminders to the lead email address used to register.

4. If you choose our payment plan, monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than what is required. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

5.  If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by email only to info@yourgroupescapes.com.  We are here to make your experience as seamless as possible. We understand that sometimes, things do not go as planned.   

6. Packages are NOT al la carte. Only booked and registered guests through YGE are permitted to participate in private activities.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your reservation, the package is non-refundable. Group Escapes 4 Less, Inc. d/b/a Your Group Escapes has negotiated special pricing with vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way we can keep your packages low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses, and more.  

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Every part of your trip is planned out to perfection, but what about if something unexpected happens? Travel insurance is highly recommended.  You should research and choose a travel insurance policy carefully If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy most carriers require that you buy the policy within 14-21 days of the initial purchase and same day of your initial deposit. For suggested travel insurance companies click HERE.
